Enfield Soccer Association – Executive Board (Elected)

The Enfield Soccer Association’s Executive Board & Committee Directors have made it a point to learn about and become U.S. Center for Safesport Trained and Heads Up Concussion Certified.  We follow US Soccer’s Recognize to Recover.  Their program breaks down and details all about comprehensive player health and safety.  These programs allow us to learn about and provide excellent information to both parents and players.  You can learn about preventing concussions and injuries while playing youth sports.  Please click on each logo below to visit each organization’s website.  There is a wealth of information.

Jeff Rousseau – President

“Jeff Rousseau has been involved in soccer for 37 years and has fulfilled roles within the game as a player, coach, referee, and administrator. Jeff was employed as the Operations Manager at Allsport Soccer in Northampton, MA, he became the Youth Director at Soccer City Sportscenter in Wilbraham, MA  Jeff has held the position of “Director” of several youth soccer camps held throughout Massachusetts.

He also has been involved in community outreach activities within the City of Hartford bringing soccer to underprivileged youths through his work with the Hartford Police Department. As a player, Jeff captained his Agawam High School team and he later went on to play collegiate soccer at Western New England University. After college he then became the player/coach for Coca-Cola United.
