• HEAD COACH - U16 HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS

Doug has been coaching boys and girls soccer in Enfield for the past 10 years. He has experience coaching at the academy, competitive, and high school levels, including several years as a head coach. In the spring of 2017, he was a member of the coaching staff for the Enfield U-11 Girls team that won the Connecticut Cup State Championship. Additionally, he is a past recipient of the ESC Coach of the Month award.

More recently, Doug has coached the high school age groups for ESA. In the summer of 2020, Doug worked with both the boys and girls high school summer league teams. In the spring of 2021, he was a coach for our U-16 Girls and U-19 Girls teams. During the summer of 2021, Doug coached our high school girls summer league teams. He helped lead our high school girls “Green Team” to a playoff birth in the PVSSL.
