Our mission at ESA is kids first, always.

Our mission focuses on developing youth soccer players of all abilities in a safe, fun, and positive environment. When it comes to running the organization our focus is on the kids first.  All our decisions have the children and our members in mind when we make them.  Should you have any questions about the Enfield Soccer Association please do not hesitate to ask us.

We strive to provide our youth players a high level of coaching by incorporating the best training available with the best coaches available.  We are driven to help our players mature as productive members of society by encouraging the development of important life skills. We believe what they learn on the field and as a team will give them the confidence and motivation to be the best version of themselves.

Enfield Soccer Association Executive Board

The people that helped bring ESA's mission to life.

Enfield Soccer Association's Executive Board & Committee Directors are all volunteer positions.  Our board members are elected by our members.  Director positions are appointed through board discussion and volunteers that show interest in helping the organization.  Our board members are only a small part of what makes ESA successful. Our members, coaches, and more specifically the kids are what make ESA the organization that is it.
